We currently have an issue with one of our caching DNS servers, this looks to be a server failure, our engineers are currently investigating this issue.
Customers may see some slow responses whilst resolving DNS.
Updates will follow.

A power cycle of this server resolved the issue, there were no reported incidents of slowdown whilst using the alternative servers.
