[CLOSED] - Network Outage

Between 2:30am and 6am we experienced some network issues and some customer will have experienced intermittent service.


It was triggered by work done by NTL and caused an issue with one of our switches in Telehouse.

Service is now fully restored, apologies for any inconvenience caused
