We have seen some customer intermittent connections in the Slough area (Bras-red2.sl).

We are currently speaking to BT regarding this issue, and will update this page once we have some more information.

Closed - Website / Email Issues

Some customers are experiencing slow email (sending/receiving) and slow webpages.

Our engineers are currently investigating this issue.

Once we know the cause of this issue we will update the status page.

We are currently investigating an issue with DNS  within our network.

Telehouse East connectivity

we are experiencing a problem with connectivity to telehouse east currently.  This is having an effect on services from this location, and our connectivity with netservices.

Closed - 20/21cn BT Radius Issue

We have confirmed with BT that there are issues with the BT radius servers.

This is being investigated by BT now.

We are expecting an update very shortly.
