There is a MSIP Line card failure that is being investigated by BT at the moment. This has been classed as a major outage and BT are still investigating. We have not been given the expected restore time yet.

14:50 - We have just experienced a short network outage, this lasted approximately 1 minute, the cause of the outage is currently under investigation.

15:05 - Engineers confirm the issue has cleared. Initial investigations indicate an issue on one of our transit providers.

17:00 - Issue is now cleared and confirmed as a Transit provider issue.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused during this period.
Delay was due to the time for BGP to reload its routes
